– Use the service only for lawful purposes
– Avoid any attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform

4. Provider Responsibilities

Registered providers are responsible for:
– Maintaining valid licensing or certification
– Fulfilling requests professionally and safely
– Complying with all applicable local regulations

ChargeBridge is not responsible for delays, damages, or disputes between users and providers, but we aim to mediate fairly if issues arise.

5. Limitation of Liability

ChargeBridge provides this platform ‘as is’ and makes no warranties, expressed or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

6. Payments

Currently, payments are handled offline or directly between customers and providers. Online payment functionality will be introduced in future updates, governed by a separate policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs on ChargeBridge are owned or licensed by the platform and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website for violations of these terms or suspected misuse.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
